Contemporary Dwelling overlooking Lough Derg
This project consisted of the construction of a two-storey, with semi basement, residential property on a large site that overlooks Lough Derg in Ballina, Co. Tipperary. Designed by De Blacam & Meager Architects, the project was completed in 2019.
DRA Consulting Engineers provided full Civil & Structural Engineering Services for the project. The house structure included a basement structure, basement waterproofing, coordination of steel frame construction with architectural glazing details and associated site works.
