Conversion of a Protected Structure
This project consisted of the refurbishment and upgrade of the former “Leinster Arms” public house to turn it into the now the successful Mantra Bar & Night Club.
DRA Consulting Engineers undertook the structural design of the refurbishment.
DRA also provided construction phase services for the project ensuring that all aspects of the project were built to the highest standards and in accordance with the design & specifications.
