Large Scale Residential Development in Wexford
This project consists of the construction of a new residential estate comprising of 69 residential units in a mix of 2-storey and 3-storey units along with associated site development works.
The form of construction is of conventional residential construction utilising loadbearing block work supporting a mix of timber and concrete floors. The roof structures across the development are of prefabricated timber truss construction.
DRA have engaged in a lengthy consultation with Irish Water to overcome a number of capacity issues with the surrounding foul water and water infrastructure.
DRA Consulting Engineers have provided full Civil & Structural Engineering Services to design stage including design of drainage works, roads construction, watermains and the structural elements of the housing and apartment units.
