Housing at Marconi South, Ballybunion, Co. Kerry
This project consists of the construction of a social housing scheme that consists of 4No. two-bed apartments and 10No. three-bed semi-detached houses in Ballybunion for Kerry County Council.
The scope of works included;
- The design and detailing of the new structures.
- The design of road junction, access road, foul & surface water drainage, potable & fire-fighting water supply.
- Irish Water Liaison
- Supervision and certification of the works.
DRA Consulting Engineers provided full Civil & Structural Engineering Services including structural design, drainage design, coordination of specialist designer packages and site supervision.
