Residential Refurbishment Project, Limerick
This project consisted of the complete refurbishment of derelict houses located in Limerick City. The scope extended to 3 no. terraced houses and associated site development works including the re-alignment of the access / estate road, front boundaries and site services.
The 3 no. dwellings were in a very poor state of repair with excessive water ingress and fire damage. The refurbishment works included an appraisal of the existing structural elements, repairs to the existing walls and the replacement of all floors & roofs.
DRA provided full civil and structural engineering services throughout the duration of the project.
